This coffee has more brightness and vibrance as compared to most of the other farm-specific Ethiopian coffees. Enjoy notes of peach, raspberry with floral jasmine hints and a cacao finish.
Best enjoyed as an espresso or filter to savour its complexity, but totally different nuances and fruitiness can be experienced with milk.
